HBRS Centre Parbhani – Refund & Returns Policy
1. Non‑Refundable Fees
- All fees paid for courses, workshops, membership, training sessions, and related services are strictly non‑refundable, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Voluntary withdrawal
- Dissatisfaction with teaching or content
- Non-attendance or missed classes
- Personal emergencies
- Academic failure, transfer, relocation, illness, or scheduling conflicts

2. No Returns for Study Materials
- Once issued, no books, kits, printed or electronic study materials may be returned or exchanged. This includes:
- Printed textbooks
- Lab manuals
- Workbooks
- Access cards for digital content
- No exceptions will be entertained.

3. Exceptions (If Centre Cancels Course)
- Full refund of course fees (excluding payment gateway charges) or issuance of a credit note valid for 12 months, only if HBRS Centre cancels the course or training entirely.
- Duplicate payments may be refunded if claimed in writing within 7 days. Processing of such refunds will be within 21 business days, with a deduction of any transaction fees.

4. Transparent Declaration
- Clients hereby agree that by paying fees or taking materials, they accept that: “Fees once paid and materials issued shall not be refunded or returned under any circumstances.”

5. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
- Any disputes over this policy are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian laws.
- The courts of Parbhani, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction.
